Collect questions. People collect almost anything (have you been to eBay lately?); one thing I collect is questions. When I hear a great question, I write it down. When I think of a great question, I write it down. Before entering a situation (interview, consulting session, meeting) I try to review some of my questions at least mentally. Having great questions at your fingertips or at the top of your mind will help you ask better questions.

Learning More About Questions
Be more curious. Children are the most curious humans,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and they ask the most questions. This is no coincidence. While we may not want to ask the same questions that kids ask (though they do ask some great ones),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], children can be your model for curiosity and for the habit of asking more questions.
The Questions Themselves
We all use questions everyday – in every part of our lives: as a leader, as a peer, as a parent, as a team member, as a spouse. We can’t get through the day without asking at least some questions. Even if the only questions you ask all day are:
Withhold judgment longer. Once we have decided something, or solved a problem, we tend to stop asking questions (potentially bad) or continue to ask but only in a perfunctory way without listening (probably worse). Withhold your judgment a little longer. Ask a few more questions. Most of all make sure you are asking questions for understanding and expansion,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], rather than simply trying to confirm your assumptions.
Using the suggestions above will make a drastic and nearly immediate difference in your results. So, my question is, when will you get started?
Ask more open-ended questions. Open-ended questions (those that require more than a very short answer) are typically more powerful when trying to understand a situation, a person’s feeling or any sort of problem. Audit yourself and make sure you are asking questions that invite (or require) a longer or more thorough explanation.

While the nature of their situations may be much different than yours, you can learn just from watching them.

Mindset
Ask bigger questions. Ask more aspirational, longer-term, bigger-picture questions. You will learn more, help others more and find greater power when you include these types of questions in your arsenal.
Questions are no different than any other tool – they can be a problem if they are overused. To ultimately harness the power of questions you must ask, but you must not interrogate or pester. You must also remember that asking questions should be a precursor for, not a replacement for, action. Certainly ask, but then make sure that you act on what you have learned.
When you ask more and better questions you can become more effective as a leader, a peer, a parent,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a team member, a spouse and more. Here are ten specific ways that will lead you to asking more and better questions – and as a result become more effective and get better results.
Read Dorothy Leeds. Dorothy Leeds wrote two excellent books about questions, and they are worthy of a space on your shelf. Check your nearest bookstore or go online to get a copy of Smart Questions: The Essential Strategy for Successful Managers and The Seven Powers of Questions: Secrets to Successful Communication in Life and Work.

So, please take this to heart and next time your kids want to vegetate in front of the TV, especially during the week, just say no, for their sake. I know my children would far prefer to watch TV rather than read. But then again, they’d rather eat candy for dinner and not real food too. But as their parent, and taking that responsibility to heart, I don’t let them eat candy for dinner. They need to build strong bodies that are healthy and resistant to all sorts of viruses and bacteria. Well, are their minds any different? Reading builds a strong mind, like protein builds strong muscle. TV floods the body with short term highs just like a sugar cube.

But let’s remember, their GOAL is simply to get you zoned into their program so you’ll buy the advertised products. They really couldn’t care less about you or your children. Period! Very few things in life are indisputable. I clearly remember when I was a kid my friends and I used to wave at airplanes up in the sky! Well I am sure I was not the only kid who did that. Even now it brings smile on my face whenever I recall those moments,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
When we see certain section of society that are exceptionally rich, we ponder that how much more they need? But surprisingly they are also running after more money.. did I say MORE MORE?!! The point is no matter how much money you have you still crave for more.
Seriously, who doesn’t want to increase their bank balance from time to time. Personally speaking I would love to have one extra income to give more leisure lifestyle to my family and provide better educational opportunities for my kids.

So after a few years I clearly remember when I was in class 1st I experienced my first joy of traveling in a plane and later I was lucky enough to enjoy trips once in a year at least. Then onwards,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it was not something which was a big deal!
There is always some goal in your life which can only be attained through money. But have you ever wondered that” how much money is sufficient” I want to discuss about that section of society that has a decent house, have enough money to provide decent education to their kids and lead a comfortable life.

How can you determine that level where you feel satisfied? I rarely find any person who doesn’t dream of wealth. I am perplexed on what to conclude on this conversation. Where to draw that line?
I am sure it’s a contentious subject and each one of us have different views about it. Well… Sometimes when I go out and see people chasing the same dream.. i.e to earn more and more MONEY.
I wonder how much is “enough” for our day to day needs. And how much is too much,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]??

Alexandra Jamieson who is clearly passionate and a strong proponent of the vegan lifestyle. To achieve your goals for life, we first need to understand what got us to where we are, dissolve those unhealthy habits, and create new, healthy ones. I mentioned above that I believe in taking small baby steps toward this thought process. If we try to leap, usually, we jump too far and fail, so be patient, and take only a couple of challenges at a time. I continually see that those who are dissatisfied with their health don’t exercise consistently, nor do they have healthy snacks available to them. During the next couple pages, I will be suggesting ways to create new habits one week at a time.
If you’ve been integrating weeks 1 and 2 toward creating new habits, you are on a roll now! You’re feeling great, building momentum, and probably expecting fast results! Here’s a reality check: it takes time and patience. Keep focused, however, because you will achieve your goals if you allow your body to adjust to a new healthy way of living. We still want to continue with the past two weeks’ goals, but now we have a few more to add or modify:
It seems for so many of us that life gets reprioritized,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and our health is rarely at the forefront of our to-do lists. By the time I meet with clients,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they are usually at a point where they have tried four or five diets, hoping for a quick and motivating change.
